TaskizeForum 2024 New York – the conference and networking event focussed on driving efficiencies in post-trade – is this week! 

Entry is for registered attendees only, so if you’ve already signed up, we’re looking forward to seeing you on Thursday 25 April.  Arrival info and a detailed agenda are in your inbox, and below…

Arrival:

We look forward to welcoming you at Level 39, One Canada Square at 1.30pm ready for a 2pm start.  Venue details here:

  • Conference suite: ‘Sandbox 1’ & evening networking suite: ‘Space 39’
  • Both at Level 39, 39th Floor, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB

Agenda:

The full agenda for the afternoon will run as follows, and you can download a PDF version including biographies of all our guest speakers.

  • 1.30pm – badge collection and refreshments
  • 2pm – Welcome to Taskize and Taskize Forum 2024
  • 2.25pm – Session 1: ‘The Banks’ Perspective’ fireside chat – with James Pike, Alpha FMC’s Sean Kennedy and BNY Mellon’s Nitesh Pai
  • 3.15pm – Break and refreshments
  • 3.30pm – Session 2: ‘Interoperability in Action’ panel – with Xceptor, Symphony and Meritsoft
  • 4.15pm – Break and refreshments
  • 4.30pm – Session 3: ‘Live Demos and New Integrations’ of Taskize with Symphony and Meritsoft
  • 5pm – Closing remarks, and drinks & canapés reception until 7pm

Finally – how to get there, and arriving at One Canada Square:

  • The email address you registered with has now been passed to security at Level 39 and One Canada Square
  • You will receive a notification from them this afternoon
  • You will then be emailed your own personal QR code needed for entry on Thursday morning
  • On arriving at One Canada Square, please use your QR code to go through the main Ground Floor turnstiles, then take the elevator up to Level 39
  • Exiting the elevator at Level 39, you’ll see the main reception where you’ll be shown to Taskize Forum 2024 in meeting room ‘Sandbox 1’
  • If you have not received your QR code, please check your Junk Email… If it’s not there, please get in touch
