Taskize Forum 2024 New York is this week!

TaskizeForum 2024 New York – the conference and networking event focussed on driving efficiencies in post-trade – is this week!  Entry is for registered attendees only, so if you’ve already signed up, we’re looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday 17 April.  Arrival info and a detailed agenda are in your inbox, and below…

Registrants badges have now been printed and will be ready to collect at the venue (Well& by Durst at One World Trade, 285 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10007) from 1.30pm on Wednesday 17 April.  We look forward to welcoming you at 1.30pm ready for the 2pm start of our Welcome Address.

The full agenda for the afternoon will run as follows, and a PDF version – including biographies of all our guest speakers – is avalailable for download here.

• 1.30pm – Taskize Forum 2024 doors open, badge collection, and refreshments
• 2.00pm – Welcome Address, key themes, and agenda recap
• 2.15pm – Session 1: ‘The Banks’ Perspective’ fireside chat – with James Pike, Jim Kearney and BNY Mellon’s Adam Watson
• 3.00pm – Session 2: ‘Interoperability in Action’ panel – with Xceptor, Symphony and Meritsoft
• 3.40pm – Break and refreshments
• 4.00pm – Session 3: ‘Live Demos and New Integrations’ – of Taskize, Symphony and Meritsoft
• 4.45pm – Closing remarks
• 5.00pm – Drinks and canapés reception until 7pm

• Ride Share Drop Off: 140 West Street, New York, NY, 10007
• From the Street:
• • Enter the building via The North Lobby on the Vesey Street.
  • Please check in at either the North Security Desks
  • All guests are required to show proof of government ID
  • Once building badge is received – pass through the gates to the elevators to 64th floor / Sky Lobby
  • Once on the 64th Floor head towards the Central Corridor and turn right to enter in the Well& Reception Doors at the end of the hallway

• From Mass Transit:

• • Follow signs in the Oculus towards One World Trade Center, located on the mezzanine level.
  • The entrance is located directly after Joe Coffee
  • Head up the escalators to the main (North) Lobby.
  • Please check in at either the North Security Desks
  • All guests are required to show proof of government ID
  • Once badge is received – pass through the gates to the elevators to 64th floor / Sky Lobby
  • Once on the 64th Floor head towards the Central Corridor and turn right to enter in the Well& Reception Doors at the end of the hallway

• Security screening:

• • Bags, packages, luggage must be with-in the following dimensions for admission – no more than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9” deep
  • Firearms or any other type of weapon (knives, box cutters, nun-chucks, mace, pepper spray, stun guns or tasers, laser pointers or any other potential weapon determined at the discretion of Staff) is not permitted anywhere in the WTC – fireworks are not permitted
  • No smoking – smoking is not permitted anywhere with-in the WTC
