How it works

  1. An exception is flagged in Xceptor
  2. Click the built-in Taskize button to resolve the exception
  3. A pre-populated Taskize Bubble with key information is created automatically in Taskize for the client
  4. The client is invited into the Bubble to resolve the issue
  5. Collaboration is in real-time with Xceptor users staying on platform and clients on Taskize
  6. Once the issue is resolved, everything is recorded in both platform’s MI and reporting systems
