Since 2016 we have been running a quarterly Taskize Operations Forum (TOF) to bring together senior operations executives to discuss how to bring down the cost of manual processes across financial services.

The Q3 TOF in September spawned 3 events.

The first was our usual Sell-Side quarterly event, hosted by Euroclear and with a super attendance. Over a dozen banks engaged in talking about how to transform the collective pain an non-competing area of back-office operations.

Then, by client demand, Taskize took the TOF to New York and ran a Buy-side and a Sell-side TOF, the latter hosted at Bank of America in their landmark Bryant Park building.

Both forums were well received with vigorous discussions among participants. The is a common challenge related to email reduction and process automation. What’s clear is that it does not matter whether you are a buy-side, broker, custodian or outsourcer, everyone wants to reduce the cost and inefficiencies of email whilst increasing control and oversight across operational teams.

The Taskize message has been embraced in the US and look forward to consolidating existing and nurturing new relationships.

The big news is Taskize be establishing a presence in the USA in Q4 – so please get in touch we’d love to take meet you over a coffee in the Oculus or St Barts!

Previously, Taskize has held TOFs specifically for OCRMs and Transfer Agents and is now looking at bringing the Buy-Side, custodians and the Sell-Side together for even more productive sessions.

If you are interested in either attending, please let us know, or if there is a particular business area you would like us to address, then please get in contact with us at success@taskize.com.
