Joining us for our second User Advisory Group will be operations teams from Taskize clients includingCiti Bank and Vanguard.
We began hosting User Advisory Groups this year to:
Provide users with the opportunity to help shape the future of the Taskize platform
Provide insight into industry challenges
Create a space to share best practices with counterparts and learn from other teams’ processes
Each UAG has a specific topic to allow us to focus on a specific problem our industry faces. The last UAG’s theme was managing and prioritising operational queries with a strong focus on the Taskize user experience, to increase efficiency. Acting on feedback from that session, we’ve developed several user experience (UX) updates, which we’re releasing in the next few months, including the ability for users to view Bubbles in full screen.
The upcoming session will focus on data and insights. We want to understand how to utilise the valuable data the Taskize MI reporting captures to provide better statistics and insights for users, managers, and data analysts. This is so our clients can make more informed decisions and track KPIs and SLAs.
