The theme of the 29th Annual Securities Operations Summit is “The Great Balancing Act.” The Great Balancing Act will focus on the transition many companies are facing as they prepare for the future and balance priorities to meet industry standards. And to quote Kristin Hochstein, ISITC Chair:
Our theme, “The Great Balancing Act,” felt fitting as we thought about the various priorities firms face in mapping out goals and strategy for the year ahead. Reflecting upon the recent lessons we have learned, we realized that the past few years didn’t just create new challenges – they also inspired radically new ways of doing business that we previously had not explored.
Coupled with the current geopolitical and economic backdrop, companies have a number of priorities to balance: cultivating innovation while maintaining the bottom line, navigating the return to in-person work with hybridized structures, and positioning themselves as a strong candidate to attract and retain top talent for sustaining long-term growth.
