At Taskize, our people are at the heart of what we do – and in our latest ‘Team Voices’ episode, we shine a light on Scott Christian-Lim, who has recently been promoted to Head of Product Management.
When Scott first joined Taskize as a Product Manager, it was his first foray into the fintech space. He quickly immersed himself in the world of agile delivery, client engagement, and product innovation.
His day-to-day responsibilities are wide-ranging – one day he might be running agile ceremonies, the next talking to clients for feedback, or exploring new ideas.
Embracing change and growing with the business
Since Scott joined, Taskize has gone through a period of significant evolution – one that mirrors his own career growth.
With product and engineering becoming more closely aligned and the introduction of enhanced Scrum and Agile practices, his role has expanded to cover not only product management but also product ownership and Scrum mastery.
A stronger focus on user experience
A major shift during Scott’s tenure has been our growing emphasis on getting closer to our users and understanding the root causes of exceptions – the very problems Taskize exists to solve.
With initiatives like T+1 gaining momentum across the industry, our clients are under pressure to resolve issues more quickly than ever. Scott and his team are focused on meeting this need by enhancing the platform to deliver even faster exception resolution times.
As Scott says, “The openness to new projects and the constant push for improvement is what makes Taskize such a dynamic place to work.”
