In our latest episode of our Team Voices series, the spotlight falls on marketing – the creative team behind how Taskize communicates its value to the world. 

Hear from Ian Peel, our CMO, and Narcisa Lupu, Senior Marketing Manager, as they share what drives their work, how they approach marketing in a data-driven SaaS company, and why they chose Taskize. 

 

Putting people at the centre 

We speak a lot about our platform’s latest features, use cases, and benefits,” says Narcisa. “But we also want to shine a light on the people behind it – whether they're in product, engineering, sales, or anywhere else in the business. 

This people-first approach influences how the team builds Taskize’s online presence: from employee spotlights to thought leadership, our marketing team is focused on reflecting not just what we do, but who we are. 

Creativity meets analytics 

As a SaaS platform with a strong focus on data analytics and MI reporting, it’s no surprise that metrics and insights are central to the marketing function: 

We AB test… we track ROI… we constantly think about the customer journey,” Ian explains. “We’re creatives, yes – we love copywriting and branding – but we’re equally analytical. 

Culture that connects 

Both Ian and Narcisa highlight culture as one of the main reasons they were drawn to Taskize – and why they continue to enjoy their work. 

For me, it's about the people,” says Narcisa. “We’re a remote-first company with a London hub, and we’ve built a diverse, talented, and supportive team that I genuinely enjoy working with. 

Ian adds: “One thing I love is building and growing teams. Taskize is a partner-led business, and that openness makes it a dynamic place to work and collaborate.
