In this edition of our Team Voices series, we sit down with Helena Pichler, our Senior Technical Writer, to learn more about this role, what it takes to build clear and effective documentation, and how collaboration powers everything she does. 

Writing with purpose 

Helena has been with Taskize for nearly three years, crafting the technical documentation that supports our platform and helps clients make the most of it. 

“Documentation is actually a cross-functional discipline,” Helena says. “I have to collaborate with pretty much every team in the company.” 

That includes working closely with engineering and development teams to stay up to date on new features, engaging with operations to understand our recommendation site and portal infrastructure, and teaming up with customer success to address common queries and create content that truly meets users’ needs. 

Connecting teams and accelerating resolution 

Helena is passionate about how Taskize brings people together – and not just internally: 

“The Taskize platform really helps connect people and organisations and speed up query resolution,” she explains. “When you can connect to each other with a question quickly, you can resolve it so much faster.” 

It’s a perspective that aligns perfectly with her own work: simplifying complex information and ensuring users can access the knowledge they need, when they need it.
