It doesn’t matter if you don’t know their name or contact details, Taskize will allocate the most appropriate user based on their role and workload. **3.** The **Bubble blotter** provides an overview of all your activity, allowing you to prioritise, identify and escalate issues as needed. **4.** Our built-in **MI reporting** delivers insights into all your operational activity, measuring resolution time and providing root cause analysis so your team can improve processes and reduce the risk of future issues.
