The new "Bubbles" view — Bubble

Based on client feedback, next month users of the Taskize platform can try out a new way of working with Bubbles. Providing a more focused approach, Taskize Bubbles will become full-screen and show relevant information more clearly.

The Bubble Blotter will also become larger to provide you with a better way to monitor and work. We’re implementing these changes to...:

• Improve user-experience based on client feedback
• Make it easier to skim read the Bubble Blotter when you have a larger number of Bubbles in progress
• Make it easier to handle complex queries that have more detailed conversations
• Display important information more clearly, such as attributes, and remove the need to switch tabs

The new "Bubbles" view — blotter

The new view will be made available to select clients in January 2024, at an organisation level and disabled by default. Users will need to opt in to try the new view and can freely switch back at any time. Information about how to enable the new view will be shared closer to the time. In the meantime, if you have any questions or wish to be included in the trial, please contact your Taskize representative or our Support team.
