Marije provided an exciting recap of the past year, the immediate future and the long-term goals for Euroclear’s ambitious programme of client service improvements. She also highlighted how the Collateral Management Services team at Euroclear Bank [is now using Taskize](https://www.taskize.com/news/euroclear-banks-collateral-management-services-adopts-taskize-collaboration-platform-and-symphony-messaging-integration) to make query resolution faster and easier to manage, and explained: **"This year, our client service teams started using Taskize to support communication with clients. Real-time interaction is the new standard also in the financing industry. ** **“By leveraging Taskize functionality, multiple parties can communicate and collaborate on a single shared platform. ** **“Our aim with Taskize is to significantly reduce the time spent on inquiry management, contract drafting and negotiation.”** As Mike Reece, Managing Director of Euroclear Belgium commented earlier this year, **“The key benefit in integrating Taskize with our collateral management workflow is to offer our counterparties a platform through which they can engage with us in a consistent, clear manner that reduces cost, reduces risk and improves client satisfaction across front, middle and back-office teams." ** Another key topic at the conference was [EasyFocus+](https://www.taskize.com/business-solutions-easyfocus), a platform developed jointly by Euroclear, Taskize and Meritsoft (a Cognizant business).
