On the agenda: updates on new Taskize pilots, and early previews of new features which will be fully unveiled at [Taskize Forum 2024](https://www.taskize.com/forum2024-venues-agenda/) next month.** - Date: 21 March 2024 - Location: [The Ivy City Garden](https://ivycollection.com/restaurants/the-ivy-city-garden/), London - Time: 8am for 8.30am start and breakfast, to finish at 10.30am This Taskize working group covers the application of our platform in the collateral space and how it applies to such areas as dispute resolution, portfolio reconciliation and margin call agreements. The [Wall Street Journal Europe](https://www.fnlondon.com/articles/morgan-stanleys-mike-ashley-drama-masks-everyday-margin-reality-20240312.)’s Financial News supplement covered margin call agreements just two days ago, quoting Taskize’s Head of Business Development, James Pike on the subject: "As the front pages continue to be gripped by the fallout from the Morgan Stanley-Mike Ashley dispute, let us not lose sight of the bigger picture. Beneath the headlines lies an **opportunity for the industry to evolve**, ensuring that margin call procedures are not just robust, but also adaptable to this fast-changing sector that makes up around 8% of UK GDP and contributes around £100bn in tax. "It is time to shift the narrative from sensationalism to constructive dialogue, recognising that the resolution of everyday margin call disputes is integral to maintaining the **resilience and integrity** of the global capital markets." The Collateral Working Group is a private session entirely for existing Taskize clients.
