As 2025 draws to a close, the Taskize team came together for an end-of-year Town Hall to reflect on the progress we’ve made, celebrate shared successes, and look ahead to the opportunities before us.

From a session joined by Antonio Queiroz (Board Chair of Taskize and Chief Digital Officer at Euroclear) and Sebastien Danloy (Chief Business Officer at Euroclear), here are the top 10 highlights discussed on the day, from across the course of this year:

1. Expanding adoption of the Taskize platform

Collateral Management Services at Euroclear Bank is now using the Taskize platform – as well as its integrations with email and Symphony Messaging – to make query resolution faster and easier to manage.

2. Launching Euroclear EasyFocus+

We partnered with Euroclear and Meritsoft (a Cognizant business) to launch Euroclear EasyFocus+, a collaborative exception management platform enabled by market data. Find out how the EasyFocus+ platform empowers financial institutions to transform operational data into actionable insights – a vital advantage in the race towards T+1.

3. The Taskize platform UI

We rolled out an enhanced, upgraded and refreshed user interface for all Taskize users. Designed with efficiency in mind, our new UI makes our client teams’ daily work smoother and more intuitive – while keeping disruption to a minimum.  Get to know the Taskize new UI in this on-demand webinar.

4. Strengthening our industry voice

This year, Taskize partnered with two influential global organisations shaping the future of securities services:

“ISSA boasts a wealth of top-tier firms, collaborating to drive progress and make a significant impact in securities services. Taskize exemplifies this perfectly..."
5. Strengthening our leadership team

Taskize appointed David Williams as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading and managing the company’s financial operations, as well as providing strategic insight into financial performance to internal and external stakeholders.

6. Recognition across the industry

Taskize was nominated and celebrated wins at the following awards:

  1. Best Use of Thought Leadership, shortlisted (T+1 Campaign)
  2. Rising Star, highly commended (Senior Marketing Manager, Narcisa Lupu)
  3. Leader of the Year, winner (CMO, Ian Peel)
7. A new Taskize website

Earlier this year, we unveiled a refreshed Taskize website – not a redesign but a fresh look at who we are, what we do, and where we’re going.

8. Representing Taskize on the global stage

Our team was active across the industry’s most recognised events, contributing to panels on exception management, operational efficiency, and the move to shorter settlement cycles. We spoke at and attended events, including:

9. ‘Get Ready to Connect’

Taskize launched the first in a series of eBooks – 'Get Ready to Connect' – looking at the challenges and opportunities shorter settlement cycles will bring, along with some of the solutions available. It follows a collaborative white paper with Microsoft and Euroclear, which we jointly published back in September.

10. Celebrating our talent

To exemplify our talent and expertise, we hosted a year-long video series, ‘Team Voices’, showcasing our colleagues' work and giving you an inside look at life at Taskize.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and community for being part of our journey... Here’s to an impactful 2026!
