Behind the brand – An interview with the Taskize marketing team

For our final episode of our Team Voices video series, we sit down with Ian, CMO, and Narcisa, Senior Marketing Manager, to explore what it means to tell the Taskize story – from strategy and data, to creativity and culture. 


Balancing creativity with data 

Marketing often brings to mind creativity – campaigns, visuals, and big ideas. But as Ian explains, it’s also about precision and performance: 

“The Taskize platform focuses heavily on data analytics and MI reporting, so the marketing team needs to think equally about that.” 

From A/B testing every digital asset to mapping the customer journey, the team relies on analytics to measure success. They monitor the ROI of every campaign and share insights across the business, supporting teams like Customer Success and Business Development with engagement data and market intelligence. 

People at the heart of the brand 

For Narcisa, Taskize’s technology is just one part of the story: “We believe that technology is only an enabler – it’s the people behind it that make the difference.” 

That belief shapes the marketing strategy. While product features and use cases remain central, the team makes sure to spotlight the people across Taskize who make collaboration and innovation possible. 

Building connection in a hybrid world 

Taskize has embraced a remote-first approach, but as Narcisa points out, the London office remains an important creative hub: 

“Although we’re remote-first, I love having the flexibility to come into the office when I want to connect in person. Those face-to-face moments spark new ideas and deeper collaboration between teams.” 

As part of Euroclear, Taskize’s marketing team also collaborates with colleagues at the parent company. 

As Narcisa highlights, “it’s so valuable to compare our work with that of a large FMI, to exchange ideas, and learn from each other. There are differences, but there’s also a lot we share – it’s an enriching experience.”
