**In an in-depth client interview recorded earlier this year, Diederik Geeraerts, Taskize’s incoming CEO – and current Global Head of Client Service at Euroclear – shares his experience with the Taskize platform.**

**Taskize – A journey from day one:** 

Euroclear has been an active user of Taskize since its inception, and Diederik’s team has witnessed firsthand the evolution of the platform. “We’ve seen the platform grow year over year,” he notes, emphasising its role as **Euroclear’s p****referred communication channel** for seamless interaction with clients.  

**Breaking free from email inefficiencies: ** 

Email, once the cornerstone of corporate communication, is becoming obsolete in both personal and professional worlds.  

Taskize bridges this gap with modern technology, providing a **superior alternative** to email. It facilitates quicker query resolutions through its unique Bubble feature. As Diederik highlights, “Taskize Bubbles are treated within 10 minutes,” a stark contrast to the sluggish pace of email exchanges.

Client satisfaction lies at the heart of Taskize’s value proposition. And the platform fosters “proximity and intimacy,” enabling clients and internal teams to collaborate effectively.  

Euroclear’s data shows significantly higher satisfaction levels for Taskize users compared to email – **98%** – a testament to the platform's ease of use and efficient design. 

**Enhancing operations with smart tools: ** 

Key features like the **Smart Directory** and **Management Information (MI) Reporting** set Taskize apart. The Smart Directory ensures no client query is left unattended, even when team members are unavailable – this functionality instills confidence in uninterrupted service delivery. 

Meanwhile, MI Reporting offers a comprehensive overview of daily workloads, enabling leaders like Diederik to monitor query types, response times, and overall efficiency. These insights empower teams to optimise workflows and enhance client service. 

**The future of client communication: ** 

As businesses evolve, so does client communication, and Diederik envisions a future where Taskize replaces email entirely, fostering **seamless, technology-driven interactions**. He notes that some Euroclear clients have already transitioned to using Taskize exclusively, embracing its potential to integrate with emerging technologies like AI and virtual assistants.
