How does it work?
When a trade exception is identified, users initiate a trade settlement query in Meritsoft’s TTEM Trade Window, simultaneously creating a Bubble (Taskize’s secure online space for collaboration).
The relevant counterparty is invited to help resolve the issue in real-time through a chat window, ensuring swift, effective, and fully documented communication.
