Co-founded in 2012 by financial technology veterans John O’Hara and Philip Slavin, Taskize is making a unique service for financial institutions everywhere and in many ways anticipates the future of technology-augmented manual operations.
Taskize envisages seamless flows of activity between the people in global financial operations. We provide the only platform specifically designed to drive efficiency in manual interventions both within and between financial services firms. Euroclear’s investment in Taskize accelerates the launch of the service into the operations units of global financial service organisations with an experienced and trusted partner.
Taskize is pronounced “task-eyes”.
At Taskize we’re providing a much more effective way of providing and accessing client service for the entire financial services industry.
We aim to be the best at connecting problems to resolutions for this global financial industry. It’s our complete focus, and we work with our clients every day to learn how to do it better, so we all benefit.
Wherever problems originate, be it an email enquiry from a client, an exception in your systems, a query from a colleague, or a feed from a Fintech, we will take that problem and route it to the right place to have it resolved, even in a different company.
Taskize was founded by an industry veteran with a proven track record; your firm is probably using technology from our founders today. Our SaaS has had over 99.95% reliability for over 2 years and is operated for hundreds of financial companies. We are backed by a utility responsible for over EUR 30tn of securities and count leading names as customers.
